PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cumulonimbus generation system generating rain-bearing cloud to prevent damage caused by dry weather or flood due to abnormal climate resulting from global warming. SOLUTION: The cumulonimbus generation system is structured as follows: setting up a jet engine 2 which is controlled by a driving part 3 and whose jet nozzle faces up in the sky on the ground floor part 1a of a two-story building structure 1 to cause a high-speed rising air current; mounting a net path 4 at the second floor part 1b of the two-story building structure to let the blowing-out rising air current pass through; and mounting a fire balloon function 5 raising up the remaining free end of the net path 4 up to 1,000 m.
