<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte resin composition which can obtain an ion conducting electrolyte exhibiting a high ionic conductivity and a high lithium ion transference number, to provide an ion conducting electrolyte having a high ionic conductivity and a high lithium ion transference number and having excellent cycle characteristics in a secondary battery, and to provide a secondary battery using it. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte resin composition comprises a salt monomer comprising onium cations having a polymerizable functional group and an organic anion having a polymerizable functional group, an ionic liquid comprising a cation and an anion, and a lithium salt comprising a lithium cation and anion as essential ingredients, wherein the structure of anion comprising the ionic liquid is identical to the structure of anion comprising the lithium salt. The ion conducting electrolyte is obtained by using the electrolyte resin composition.
