PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a format of a mail received by a mail server by a Clipper program of a PC, to transmit it to a WAP server, and to communicate a mobile terminal of a destination of the mail by a short message by the WAP server. SOLUTION: The Clipper program inside the WAP server A20 or the PC connects to the mail server A30 set by a user, downloads the contents and the attachment of the mail, converts the format into a format of the mobile terminal, and transmits them to the WAP server. The WAP server transmits Call Back SMS to a set number of the mobile terminal A50, and the user can download the converted mail from the WAP server, and can confirm the contents and the attachment by a viewer program.
