PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive door structure for a vehicle, capable of lowering the temperature on a door trim. SOLUTION: A heat conduction member 4 formed in a film shape by laminating a base element 41 formed from synthetic resin material and a copper foil 42, is fixed to the outside of a vehicular cabin of an upper base 21 above the door trim 2 while superimposing a pair of end portions. The heat conduction member 4 abuts on an inner panel 3 attached with the door trim 2, while projecting in a loop shape and bending. Therefore, heat on the door trim 2 generated by direct sunlight is released to the inner panel through the copper foil 42 of the heat conduction member 4, thereby lowering temperature on the door trim 2.
