QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTAINER, ITS CONTAINER AND BEVERAGE FILLING DEVICE FOR FILLING ITS CONTAINER WITH BEVERAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality management system of a container for grasping the temperature history of beverage in a container in a distribution process.

SOLUTION: This quality management system applied to a beer barrel 1 inside which beer is contained to be shipped from a beverage manufacturer, and to be returned to the beverage manufacturer after beverage is ordered in a distribution process so as to be reused is provided with a temperature sensor 3; a memory 4 for storing the history of a temperature detected by the temperature sensor 3; an IC tag 2 attached to a beer barrel 1 so that the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 3 can be correlated to the temperature of beer in the beer barrel 1; and a non-contact type reader/writer 10 for reading information stored in the memory 4 of the IC tag 2.
