PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing chip capable of rapidly detecting a target substance in a very small amount of a sample with high sensitivity, equipped with a carrier, which keeps antibodies arranged and fixed in high density by holding an antigen recognizing function with less non-specific adsorption, and Fc fused proteins arranged and fixed by holding the interaction capacity with a ligand substance thereof, and generates less non-specific adsorption. SOLUTION: The analyzing chip having the carrier coated with a composite comprising protein and a lipid double film is used in a reaction chamber to rapidly detect the target substance in a very small amount of the sample with high sensitivity.
