PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To amplify a coupling signal without receiving the non-specific effect of a physiological molecule in a measuring system using a peptide array. SOLUTION: The peptide array for detecting phosphorization is constituted so as to detect the phosphorization of peptide fixed on a substrate and characterized in that a basic amino acid having at least two residues like lysine is not contained in a terminal three-residue amino acid sequence.
