PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, enabling a ship and a navigating body to turn safely as they are connected through wire to each other for sailing side by side. SOLUTION: The device is for connecting the speed of the ship when it is connected through wire to the navigating body for sailing side by side along a single or different predetermined routes. It comprises a monitoring part to monitor moving states of the navigating body and the ship, and output a detection signal when it detects turning of the navigating body and the ship, a rotation angle measuring part to measure a first rotation angle based on a turning starting position in the route of the navigating body and a current position of the navigating body to the center of a turning center point, and a second rotation angle based on a turning starting position in the route of the ship and a current position of the ship, and output a warning signal in a case where difference between the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle is beyond a specified range, and a ship speed control part to vary the speed of the ship based on the warning signal.
