PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle a contract of transaction desired by an orderer while enabling a plurality of participants to perform the transaction simultaneously in parallel in an electronic transaction system.

SOLUTION: Order information is supplied to a plurality of dealers via a specific board display screen with limited time, and counter orders are accepted. If the orderer desires to form the contract at the same rate for desired quantity and if the desired quantity of subscription is not satisfied, the orderer can cancel the contract.
