The method involves producing pillow and cushion from spacer fabrics, spacer woven fabrics or spacer knitted fabrics. The spacer fabric, spacer woven fabric or spacer knitted fabric are laid one on top of the other in piles. The material layers are warmed and deformed, until a lasting deformation develops in which totally or partly outline of a cushion or pad develops.
