FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes. Cutting and freezing of lettuce, cutting of venison and pickled cucumbers is performed. The listed components are mixed without oxygen access with calcium or magnesium glutamate. Prepared mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised with certain ratio of components. ^ EFFECT: product of higher assimilability. |
