PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera control system whereby a camera can easily be controlled in a desired direction and fine-adjustment can also easily be performed. SOLUTION: In the camera control system for controlling at least panning and tilt of the camera in camera imaging conditions, an operating means points out a prescribed region in a region display window displayed on a screen to control panning/tilt of the camera at a prescribed angle, and a direction in a small range of the region is instructed by moving positions of scrollbar knobs to attain the panning control or the tilt control of the camera in the small range.
