<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surgical stapling device by which none of important merits in an existing appliance is damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical device 10 comprises: a main body part 14 having a proximal end and a distal end, where a longitudinal axial direction bore is regulated in the main body part 14 and the distal end of the main body part includes an inner wall for regulating at least one channel; and a disposable charge unit 16 having a proximal main body part and a distal tool assembly 20, where the proximal main body part includes an insertion tip end with a dimension to be received inside the distal end of the main body part, the insertion tip end includes at least one protrusion formed at the insertion tip end, and at least one protrusion has a dimension to be slidably received inside one of at least one channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
