PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which can suppress the deterioration of the die even when the material of a spherical body is harder than the material of the die, and also, which can align a nest and a main body member with a high precision even when a resin filling pressure is applied. SOLUTION: This molding die 1 has the nest 110 having a cavity surface Ca which simulates the shape of a part of an optical lens, and the main body member 120 which supports the nest 110 from the outside through a plurality of the spherical bodies 131. Then, cylindrical liners 140 and 150 which are harder than the spherical body 131 are provided between the main body member 120 and the spherical body 131, or between the nest 110 and the spherical body 131.
