<p>An infant pushcart includes a frame. The frame contains side frames in two sides. The side frame in each side includes a front-wheel bracket, a back-wheel bracket whose upper portion is rotatablely connected with back end of the front-wheel bracket, a push rod whose lower end is connected with the upper end of the back-wheel bracket. There is a positioned device disposed on the connection position between the push rod and the back-wheel bracket. A first transverse connecting rod is connected between the front-wheel brackets in two sides. A second transverse connecting rod is extends laterally between the side frames in two sides. The second transverse connecting rod is at least connected with one of the push rods and the back-wheel brackets. A first position locking mechanism is disposed between the first transverse connecting rod and the second transverse connecting rod. When the frame is in use condition, the positioned device and the first position locking mechanism can lock the frame in its use condition. The frame has simple structure and is easy to be folded or unfolded.</p>
