PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise entering indoor through an air conditioner for a vehicle from a drain port 10a while maintaining a draining property of the drain port 10a. SOLUTION: A pipe member having an opening end 31a communicated through to the drain port 10a and the other end side of which is closed on the upper side of the opening end 31a is provided on the inside of an air conditioner case 10 of the drain port 10a, and a drain hole 31b communicating the inside of the air conditioner case 10 and the drain port 10a through to each other is formed around the opening end 31a. A draining property from the drain port 10a is maintained as the drain hole 31b is formed around the opening end 31a even when the pipe member 31 is provided on the drain port 10a. Additionally, the pipe member 31 performs a role of a branch pipe, and it is possible to reduce the noise intruding the indoor through the inside of the air conditioner for the vehicle from the drain port 10a by constituting a branch pipe type muffler.
