PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus capable of providing the soft and highly elastic muscles with less burdens on a body such as muscle pain and fatigue without causing the hardening of the muscles. SOLUTION: The training apparatus 1 comprises a rotation movement transmission section 91 which transmits the rotation movements centering on the shaft 51, a crank mechanism 92 which transforms the rotation movements transmitted by the rotation movement transmission section 91 into up-and-down motions of the sliding shaft 57 connecting with the other end of the pulling member 80 of which one end connected to the load, and the load transmission part 90 which applies the load to the rotation centering on the shaft 51.
