The dosing pump has a housing with a passage opening, a shaft extending from an inner chamber to an outer chamber, a dosing mechanism driven by the shaft, a sealing arrangement with two shaft seals (31) and an intermediate chamber bounded by the wall of the passage opening, the seals and the shaft. It has an elastic clamping arrangement for applying pressure to a lubricant in the intermediate chamber. An independent claim is also included for a dosing pump module.
