PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarized wave antenna capable of realizing both the reduction of its manufacturing cost and the assurance of the parallelism of a waveguide, a vertical polarized wave suppression grating and a flair part when installing a circularly polarized wave generator with respect to an aperture face without revising the size of the antenna. SOLUTION: The flair part 14 is tapered and spread open toward an aperture 28, the front side of the flair part 14 that is spread open is an aperture face 22, and the waveguide 12 and the vertical polarized wave suppression grating 13 are arranged to the rear side of the flair part 14 whose diameter is reduced. A radome plate 15 is arranged to cover the aperture face 22, and the circularly polarized wave generator 16 is adhered and fixed to the rear side of the radome plate 15. The circularly polarized wave generator 16 is configured by alternately laminating a plurality of base plates 19 and a plurality of spacers 20 arranged in parallel with the radome plate 15 and the aperture face 22, and the side parts of the circularly polarized wave generator 16 are tapered along with taper part 23 configuring the flair part 14.
