PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display equipped with an information recorder/reproducer in which a heat dissipation structure for cooling the information recorder/reproducer efficiently is formed inexpensively. SOLUTION: A through hole 23 is formed at a part of a chassis 13 for supporting a disc drive 11 or the like, opposing the disc drive 11, an intake air opening 22 serving as an air inlet is formed at the bottom face of a back cabinet 17b constituting a cabinet 17, and a vent hole 21 serving as an exhaust opening is formed at the upper surface portion thus forming a ventilation passage reaching the vent hole 21 from the intake air opening 22 through the through hole 23. Consequently, convection is accelerated between the inside of the apparatus (especially, the periphery of the disc drive 11) and the outside and cooling effect is attained.
