<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active water production method which enables the effective production of water capable of activating organism activity, an animal breeding method, and active water. <P>SOLUTION: A complex sound wave which involves various frequencies is applied to water together with an ultrasonic wave of 10-240 kHz, thereby increasing the activity of the water. Especially, an ultrasonic wave of 20-1,500 kHz is applied together with the complex sound wave. As the active water obtained in such a way has a high degree of dissociation, it effectively contributes to life chemical reaction, and domestic animals bred with the active water has high immunity.
