<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color display device capable of constant-current driving using a small number of elements. <P>SOLUTION: The color display device includes a pixel array formed by arranging color pixel circuits 10 in a matrix where signal lines SIG and scanning lines WS cross each other and a bias circuit which supplies a bias voltage Vb to the respective color pixel circuits 10. Each color pixel circuit 10 includes three light emitting elements EL-R, EL-G, and EL-B to which red, green, and blue are assigned, one first transistor T1 provided in common to the three light emitting elements, three pairs of second and third transistors T2 to T7 provided corresponding to the light emitting elements of the respective colors, and one capacitor Cs provided in common to the three light emitting elements, and light-emits and drives the light emitting elements of the respective colors by the corresponding pairs of second and third transistors T2 and T3, T4 and T5, and T6 and T7, the common first transistor T1, and the common capacitor Cs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
