PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying case which can be used even under a high humidity environment while keeping a function of portability and easiness to replace a cylinder. SOLUTION: This carrying case for housing the portable oxygen cylinder system , which supplies oxygen to a user from an oxygen cylinder through a flow rate regulator and a cannula, is provided with: a cylindrical structure, which is used also as the taking-out port of the cannula; and diaphragm means on the upper and lower parts of the cylindrical structure.
