PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite broadcast receiving converter capable of heating a feed horn by incorporating a heater and to provide a satellite broadcast receiving antenna provided with the satellite broadcast receiving converter. SOLUTION: The heater 21 is installed on an inner wall face of a chassis 16 of the converter 13 integrated with the feed horn 12 via a waveguide 15. The heat from the heater 21 is delivered to the chassis 16, the waveguide 15, and the feed horn 12 in this order to melt snow and ice deposited on respective outer surfaces of the feed horn 12, the waveguide 15, and the chassis 16.
