A picker cylinder device is provided to prevent a chip component from being damaged by buffering the applied transient pressure of a picker cylinder nozzle. A pair of vacuum bushes are arranged inside a cylinder block(10). A piston rod is fixed in the vacuum bush. The vacuum negative pressure is applied to the piston rob through a suction nipple(41). The piston moves back and forth in the cylinder chamber. The spring chamber is positioned in the piston. The piston rod passing through the piston is slid inside a shaft(61). A piston cap prevents the separation of the spring and the shaft cap. A nozzle housing(68) is coupled in an end of the shaft exposed to the outside of the cylinder block.
