A mixer-granulator for bulk materials, in particular, industrial carbon, contains cylindrical fingers installed on rotor, at least, along two helixes displaced one relative to another. The cylindrical fingers are fixed radially along one helix and with a slope along another helix. The cylindrical fingers are located along cylindrical rotor with alternation of radial and inclined cylindrical fingers, moreover a part of cylindrical fingers located downstream of auger blades is installed with a constant pitch, and the part following them is installed with variable pitch.
