A machine for aseptic filling multilayer bags contains a bed, two hoists, two weight gage facilities, a column with traverse, on which are located sterilization chambers, two manipulation units, which include the mechanisms of jamming the plug with its removal from the branch pipe of bag, executed in the form of rod with a stock located in it, inside which are installed a gripping element with drive from the pneumatic cylinder, mechanisms of opening and closing plug, mechanisms of fastening of the branch pipe of bag to the sterilization chamber, two control panels, cabinet of electric power supply, system for preparation of compressed air, branch pipes of supply and discharge of product and branch pipes for removal of vapor and condensate. Hoists are made in the form of a lifting carriage installed on the guides of column with chain, partially balanced drive installed in the upper part of the column. Gripping element is executed in the form of collet, inside which a thrust is located with possibility of longitudinal displacement, and ring is fixed at the end of the collet, in this case in the middle part of the thrust the finger is fixed with a bushing, which is installed outside the collet. The mechanism of fastening of the branch pipe of bag to the sterilization chamber is made in the form of a framework fastened to the stock of pneumatic cylinder, which consists of two semi-frames and is made with possibility of displacement in the guides with the help of thrusts.
