FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed plant represents tank 1 with its solid housing accommodating receiving chamber 2 with effluents intake, aero tank chamber 3, secondary settling tank 4 and active sludge stabiliser 5. Receiving chamber 2 incorporates coarse filter 9 and device 6 to blow it over, float level pickups 10 to 12, effluent pumping-over airlift 14 for the plant to communicate with the aero tank chamber 3 and pump 13 to pump over shock inflows. Receiving chamber 2 effects biological purification. Thereafter, mix of water with sludge is pumped over into secondary settling tank 4 that houses fat trap, airlift 15 to pump fat film over into aero tank 3, and stiling cylinder 17 wherein active sludge is separated from water. Purified water is discharged via outlet branch pipe 23. Active sludge comes from bottom zone of secondary settling tank 4 into active sludge stabiliser chamber 5 furnished with intermediate partition 20 that form an extra chamber 24 of sludge stiling device. Partition 20 consists of inclined upper and vertical lower parts arranged to form a free space. Extra chamber 24 communicates, via overflow device 21, with the main chamber of active sludge stabiliser 5 and receiving chamber 2. In the case of shock inflows, pump 13 is operated by float pickup 12 and overflow pump 25 gets cut in. Water staying in top part of chamber 24 is forced into chamber of aero tank 3 and, then into secondary settling tank 4. ^ EFFECT: simple and small-sized design, reliability and ecological safety. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
