The device has a circuit holding cap (16) comprising a locking pin cooperated with complementary parts of a case (10) for locking the cap on an opening of the case through bayonet mounting and removably housing an electronic circuit. The locking is obtained by making a quarter turn of the cap around its longitudinal axis when the cap is in place in the opening. The electronic circuit is partially inserted in an operating handle of the cap.
