Method to press-in piles or other similar building elements includes installation in pressing zone of unit for pile pressing-in, with well boring, with lift and installation of pressing structure to sinking point, with bringing pressing mechanism to head of pressing structure and pressing-in. To under-crane rail track one installs two beam-trolleys with fixation of those with rail shoes. To beam trolleys one rigidly mounts, by means of connection screw elements, two main beams with platforms for counter-weights. One mounts vertical movable stand, to two main beams, with mechanism for displacement along those. With mechanism for lift/lowering one lifts pressure hydro-cylinder together with rigidly connected to it mechanism for stepped displacement to upper position. After well drilling unit, by means of hydro-cylinder for motion, is installed in such position that gap between the main beams is over well, with installation of rail shoes for fixation of unit. After installation to well, by means of lifting crane, of pile, by means of mechanism of displacement of vertical movable stand one brings to it vertical movable stand, in such way that pile is inside it under pressure hydro-cylinder, this by means of hoses is connected to oil station.
