The device for treatment of extremities long bones fracture contains proximal support with the mounted on it bracket, connected by a hinged iterative joint with distal support, and located with possibility of the longitudinal moving on the said supports fastening elements with bone bars. Proximal and distal supports are hollow. In the cavity of proximal support two partitions with opening are placed, one of which can move along the axis of the given support, a bracket is made as the cylindrical screwbar with the central through opening and nut,mounted on central part of bar. A bar is placed with possibility of the alternate moving in the cavity of proximal support and is spring loaded in directions of the said moving by two compression springs, located between the nut of bar and partitions. A hinged iterative joint is made as a kit of thehemispheric washers, put on the flexible metallic rope, passed through a bar in this way: one end of rope is fixed on distal support, and the second end is connected with the mechanism for its tightening, fixed on the proximal end of bar. The device contains the mechanism for fixing of cylindrical bar in the immobile condition.
