A chimeric fusion construct comprising the extracellular portion of human FcepsilonRIalpha and at least one avian constant immunoglobulin domain, is new. Independent claims are: (1) a nucleic acid molecule encoding the antibody construct above; (2) an expression vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule under control of a promoter; (3) a host cell comprising the expression vector; and (4) diagnostic agent comprising the antibody construct above.
