The procedure for stabilizing an individual substrate for spectroscopic detection of malignancy according to this invention, having as starting components 18.4-20 ml exudate from pleural effusions or pericardial effusions or ascites, 0.3-1.2 ml of stabilizer for separating turbid and clear centrifugates, 0.3-0.7 ml of a transparent solvent, such as ethanol, dioxan or tetrahydrofuran, of spectroscopic purity, with a novelty in taking from human body in a sterile manner and as customary the quantity of 18.4-20 ml as exudate, composed of pleural effusions or pericardial effusions or ascites, to which 0.3-1.2 ml of 10 mass % aqueous solution to guanidinium sulphate, cesium sulphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate or ammonium sulphate is added, and the obtained mixture is centrifuged for 800-1050 s at 1370-1600 rpm, whereby an aliquot part of 2.2-2.7 ml is taken from the overall volume of the obtained clear sample, to which 0.3 -0.7 ml of transparent solvent (Spectroscopic purity), ethanol, is added and the individual substrate sample obtained is frozen at 248-2570K, until immediately used for spectroscopic detection of malignancy. A new diagnostic method for detecting malignancy is defined in this manner.
