The method for thermal treatment of the body is realized in the compartment containing the coach with the rigid base, the heater with the stones and the reservoir containing the water designed for production of the steam-water mixture upon water evaporation from the heated stones. First, the person is exposed to the steam-water mixture at the temperature of +65...+90 DEGREE C and to the massage with the bathing broom followed by cooling the body.This stage is supplemented with the stage of the general pre-warming of the body and the inhalation. The general pre-warming starts with the exposure to the steam-water mixture at the temperature of +65...+80 DEGREE C for 5-10 minutes, then +75... +90 DEGREE C for 5-10 minutes. The exposure to the steam-water mixture comprises five stages. First, the body, the back, and the legs are warmed for 10-15 minutes. To prevent the negative effects of the high temperature, the ice is placed in the head area, and near the mouth and the nose. The areas of the head and the feet are covered by the cold sheaths. At the second stage, the person is submerged for 2-3 minutes to the pool with the water at thetemperature of +10...+15 DEGREE C. The pulse rate is continuously controlled. At the third stage, the person is again exposed to the steam-water mixture at the temperature of +85...+90 DEGREE C, with rapid heating of the mixture. Then the person is submerged to the pool with the water at the temperature of +10...+15 DEGREE C. The final stage consists in inhalations with such oils as eucalyptus, lavender, rose, or sage oil.
