<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of exposure inferiority caused by the bonding of a connection line to the exposure region of a substrate when the rear end of a preceding film and the leading end of a succeeding film are connected by a self-adhesive tape to continuously supply the films. SOLUTION: When the rear end of a preceding film and the leading end of a succeeding film are bonded by a single surface self-adhesive tape 86 in a continuous supply apparatus, a connection line is formed so that the laminated film 12 bonded to a substrate 16 is cut by a full cutter between the half cut lines 49A, 49B by a half cutter and at a position shifted from the single surface self-adhesive tape 86 in the vicinity of the connection line.</p> |
