<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card ticket adjustment apparatus coping with adjustment for transfer without increasing time required for processing when boarding. <P>SOLUTION: A boarding place is stored in a memory corresponding to the characteristic number of a card ticket when boarding. When the card ticket is inserted when leaving, based on a present place and the boarding place corresponding to the characteristic number of the card ticket stored in the memory, a boarding time at the boarding place corresponding to the characteristic number is calculated by referring to a navigation information storage means, and a time for transfer is calculated from the last leaving time read from the card ticket and the calculated boarding time. When the time for transfer is within a prescribed time, the effectiveness of transfer is judged and adjustment is performed based on a transfer fare. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
