The present disclosure is related to a closed tubular photobioreactor; highly scalable, economical, of high cell density culture of microalgae, for supporting the production of biodiesel and other biofuels. In preferred arrangements, the construction of the photobioreactor is designed to optimize the use of light and prevent inhibition by dissolved oxygen, both requirements are necessary for supporting the growth of microalgae. |
