<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CaO-SrO-Li<SB>2</SB>O-Re<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-TiO<SB>2</SB>based dielectric ceramic obtained by combustion synthesis and having excellent sintering characteristics and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The CaO-SrO-Li<SB>2</SB>O-Re<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-TiO<SB>2</SB>based (Re is a rare earth element) dielectric ceramic is obtained by blending the respective powders in reaction raw materials at least containing Ti powder having 0.01 to 2 m<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area, ionically bonding material to become an oxygen supply source, CaCo<SB>3</SB>, SrCO<SB>3</SB>, Li<SB>2</SB>CO<SB>3</SB>and Re<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>in a prescribed ratio and carrying out combustion synthesis at an adiabatic flame temperature of ≥1,500°C. Further, a part of the Ti powder as the reaction raw material is substituted with TiO<SB>2</SB>powder, so as to be blended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
