摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for spot welding fracture, a method making highly accurate fracture analysis possible for a spot weld zone of three or more plates to be spot-welded on a common spot. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the fracture analysis method of spot welding for mutually superposed three or more plates to be spot welded on a common spot. The method is characterized by including: an analysis step in which analysis is carried out under prescribed input load conditions using a finite element model, wherein each plate is made a model by a shell element and wherein the shell elements corresponding to the spot position of each of the three or more plates are connected to each other through a beam element; a comparison step in which, with a combination of two mutually adjacent plates as one set among the three or more plates, the size of the deformation is compared in each set on the two shell elements connected by the beam element; and a prediction step in which the possibility of fracture in spot welding between the two plates in each set is predicted for each set using a comparison result obtained by the comparison step and an analysis result obtained by the analysis step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
