<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator which expands the area wherein electronic components can be packaged, in the crystal oscillator packaging electronic components therein. <P>SOLUTION: In the crystal oscillator, an electronic component element 21 is mounted on a lower surface of a multilayered substrate 1, and a crystal vibrator 2 is mounted on an upper surface thereof, respectively. A plurality of terminal electrodes 30 are formed around the lower surface of the multilayered substrate 1.
