<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive throttle valve by reducing the number of parts and assembling man-hours in a throttle valve controller equipped with a mechanical drive means and an electrical drive means. <P>SOLUTION: At an one end 3a of a throttle valve shaft 3 extending from one side wall 1a of a throttle body 1 to one side, a throttle valve lever 5 is fixedly arranged which is energized in the opening direction of a throttle valve 4 by a throttle valve opening spring 8 and further a drive gear 6 engaged and connected with a motor gear 9 via an intermediary gear 10 is arranged in a freely rotatable manner. A limp opening degree regulating lever 15 is fixed to one end 13b of a drum shaft 13 supported rotatably to a first cover 12, while an accelerator drum 14 energized in the closing direction of the throttle valve 4 by a drum closing spring 16 is fixed to the other end 12a of the drum shaft 13. A first end face 5a in the opening direction of a throttle lever 5 is arranged adjacently to the limp opening degree regulating end face 15b of the limp opening degree regulating lever 15, while a second end face 5b in the opening direction of the throttle lever 5 is arranged adjacently to drive pin 6a of the drive gear 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
