<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide smaller electro-optical module, electro-optical device, and electronic device which can enlarge a distance between wirings of wiring connected to a light emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical module includes an electro-optical panel 10 having a luminescence section 11 in which a plurality of optical elements 12 are arranged in a line shape, two wiring substrates 20a and 20b arranged in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the luminescence section 11 with the electro-optical panel 10 in between, a flexible substrate 30 which connects the electro-optical panel 10 and the wiring substrates 20a and 20b, and a driving circuit 31 which is provided in the electro-optical panel 10 or the flexible substrate 30, and makes the optical elements 12 actuate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
