PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable film containing a polylactic acid-based polymer and having biodegradability and is excellent in breaking resistance while keeping transparency. SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable film has at least one layer A comprising a resin composition containing a polylactic acid-based polymer (a) having a D-lactic acid/L-lactic acid constitutional ratio of 98:2 to 85:15 or of 2:98 to 15:85 and a lactic acid-based copolyester (b) being a copolymer of a lactic acid-based resin with at least one member selected from among an aliphatic polyester, an araliphatic polyester, and a polyether polyol each of which is other than a lactic acid-based resin and has a content of the lactic acid-based copolyester (b) in the resin composition of 20 to 50 mass% and a total haze value of not higher than 7%.
