PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating grease excellent in a high temperature durability, also inhibiting the reaction of fluorine with steel and having a long life, and a roller bearing in which the lubricating grease is filled. SOLUTION: This lubricating grease having fluorine-based components by using perfluoropolyether oil as base oil and fluorine resin powder as thickening agent is provided by adding an inorganic compound capable of forming a membrane on a metal surface.
