PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board of reduced radiation noises at branched differential wiring. SOLUTION: A differential signal from a differential signal output element is inputted in a differential signal bus wiring through a connection point, with the connection point and both ends branched with N pairs of branch wirings which are inputted in 2N differential signal input elements. At a frequency f with the effective length of wiring between the differential signal output element and the differential signal input element as a half wavelength; an input impedance Zbn as the whole of the branch wiring and differential signal input element, and the characteristic impedance Z1 of the differential bus wiring, satisfy the relationship of 0.8×Z1≤Zbn/N≤1.2×Z1.
