PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature storage capable of surely maintaining a temperature in the interior of the low temperature storage for storing rice and vegetables with a simple structure at the low cost. SOLUTION: Drain water 18 guided into an interior duct 6 of the low temperature storage 1 is absorbed by an evaporation sheet 19, the moisture of the drain water 18 is absorbed and is circulated in the interior when cooling air 16 passes through the evaporation sheet 19.
