PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel piston ring structural body having excellent sealing property and capable of reducing amount of oil consumption. SOLUTION: This piston ring structural body 1 has an outer ring 9 coming into slide-contact with an internal wall face 2A of a cylinder 2 and an inner ring 8 composed of a pair of inner rails 10, 11 abutted on a bottom wall face 5A of a ring channel 5 and enlarged and opened at a fulcrum 13. Both rails 10, 11 are energized onto an inner side in the radial direction by a spring member 12 fitted into a V-shaped channel 21 between both rails 10 and 11 whose cross section is opened in substantially V-shape toward an outer side in the radial direction, and end parts 10B, 11B on an outer side in the radial direction of both rails 10, 11 are brought into slide-contact with a pair of inclined faces 18A, 18B of the outer ring 9 whose cross section is inclined in substantially V-shape toward an inner side in the radial direction to seal both of the internal wall face 2A of the cylinder and the bottom wall face 5A of the ring channel 5 by two inner ring 8 and outer ring 9.
