PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a control valve capable of avoiding occurrence of displacement of a solenoid and deviation in positional relation of a switching port of a sleeve and a spool to prevent occurrence of unevenness in flow rate control characteristic of the control valve by fixing the sleeve in a housing without causing a clearance in the axial direction securely and reducing machining man-hours and assembly man-hours to reduce cost. SOLUTION: In this control valve constituted by fitting the spool whose both end parts are connected with a solenoid into the inner periphery of the sleeve fixed in the housing and forming a plurality of switching ports so as to reciprocate and slide freely and supplying hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic cylinder and discharging it from the hydraulic cylinder by moving the spool by the solenoid and switching the switching ports for position control, end faces on both sides of the sleeve are nipped in between inner side end faces of a solenoid case constituting the solenoid, and the solenoid case is tightened and fixed in the housing by a tightening member.
