PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a solder filling power and lighten a load to a stencil mask in order to obtain stable squeegeeing properties to minute displacement factors such as the unevenness of a board, the flatness of the stencil mask, the parallelism of a squeegee or the like in a super-fine pattern printing and further to ensure the transferring amount in a super-fine pitch printing in a low printing pressure printing. SOLUTION: As one method of composing a squeegee, an intermediate part 53 of the squeegee is made of polyurethane and a part 3 contacting with a screen fabric is made of a metal with a stepped tip part. As another method, a shape of bellows is given to the intermediate part 53 of the squeegee and the tip part of the squeegee is equipped with a metal en-bloc type squeegee having stair-like steps.
