PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which carries out punching of various sizes without exchanging die rollers or without intermittently feeding continuous paper. SOLUTION: The punching device is formed of a die roll 1, a pair of receiving rolls 2a, 2b, and a paper path adjusting roll 3. The die roll 1 is singly controlled for rotation, and has a die 12 detachably mounted on a circumferential surface thereof. The receiving rolls 2a, 2b make rolling contact with the die roll at locations separate from each other in a die roll rotating direction, and upon receiving a punching pressure by the die mounted on the die roll, they continuously rotate in the same circumferential direction as that of the die roll. The paper path adjusting roll 3 is located between both the receiving rolls to guide the continuous paper 4 inserted in a gap between each receiving roll and the die roll in a manner of keeping a sagging state of the paper, and movable in a direction that adjusts a sagging length of the continuous paper between both the receiving rolls.
